1. Services

All services provided by Signature Details are subject to vehicle condition and accessibility. Final results may vary depending on the condition of the vehicle prior to work.

2. Pricing

All prices are guide minimums and may vary based on vehicle size, condition, service requirements, and distance travelled. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins.

3. Bookings & Cancellations

Appointments must be agreed in advance. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may result in a fee.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless agreed otherwise. We accept cash and bank transfer.

5. Mobile Service Requirements

Customers must provide safe access to the vehicle and suitable working conditions. Access to water or power may be required depending on the service.

6. Liability

Signature Details will take all reasonable care during service. However, we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage

• Wear and tear

• Issues arising from poor vehicle condition

7. Weather & Delays

Services may be rescheduled due to unsuitable weather conditions to ensure quality and safety.

8. Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied, please raise concerns immediately so we can resolve them.
